A rate board names the fighters it ranks in its own title, with the count that clear it, because a per-minute ranking over everyone is topped by a man with one fourteen-second fight. The floor describes the board, not any fighter: every fighter’s page prints the same rate with the same fraction whatever his sample. Counting boards have no floor. Volume is per minute of cage time, accuracy per attempt, and finishes are counted in wins. A fight that was overturned or ruled a no contest keeps its minutes and attempts in every rate and its result out of the record.
