Nothing here guesses a surname out of a full name. Starts, wins, podiums and poles are race results only, so a driver’s Pts column is Grand Prix points and not the official championship total, which since 2021 also contains sprint points this archive does not hold. Points keep the source’s fractions: 38 of 26,048 result rows are fractional, from 1952 to 2021. Titles count completed seasons only and therefore exclude 2026, which is loaded only as far as the rounds that have been run. A driver with no result row is listed with a measured zero rather than dropped: 63 of 881 entered a weekend and never started.
